Why the hell am I still awake?

So it's 2 am and Ihave to get up at 8 but I can't sleep. So I decided to post all of the artwork I have done but have too lazy to click the magic button and make them appear here.... that is until now. I fnone of these crazy ramblings makes sense I am so sorry....  but now its time for art!

Lots of drawings!

This week I have done four drawings which is more than usual, I hope to get more done by next week. Though there are four drawings one of them is unfinished.

Halloween!

I did not one but two pictures on Halloween. The first one I did while sitting in the lobby while waiting for the Briscoe Halloween party to begin. The other one I did later after waking up at 1am and was not able to go back to sleep due to a nightmare.

Busy....Having fun!

I've been very busy hanging out with my Briscoe family so I haven't had anytime to post...but now I do. I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

Yay! I drew a person! I did name him but I am going to keep it a secret unless someone asks. Anyway if you can't tell I am getting better at drawing human like things. A few years ago if I would have tried to draw a person it would have ended up looking like a shapeless blob.

This one is an electrical rib cage..... I don't know why I draw things like this... I just do.

Busy!!!

I have been so busy with stupid English class with Lord Voldemort aka Professor Lee that I haven't had time to post. Yeah so I have drawn another mechanical mask and I am hoping to do more....so here it is.

The wonderful land of Briscoe!

Yeah so I haven't posted for awhile because I have been having so much fun in Briscoe (my residence hall) and also having a lovely time with the amazing Rita. I have completed several drawings but for now I am only going to post my two best for now. So here they are....

Color!

Yeah so I had a couple of requests to color clockwork moon so I did!!! I want to do another more detailed version so hopefully I will be able to do that soon. Until then enjoy this version!

New Drawing!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes so as the title implies I have a new drawing and its inspired by my new steampunk obsession. At the moment I am calling it clockwork moon but it will change if I can think up a better name for it. So here it is....

I'm back with a pink koala!!!

Yes I am back! After thinking long and hard about this I decided that I would continue drawing and even make it a career. As of now I am an art major and to celebrate here is my latest picture...

It's the giant pink koala in the sky which comes from an inside joke I have with one of my friends.... so yay! I will be back soon with more!

Two words.... Robot Goat!

So I have been busy doing things and stuff but I finally got around to drawing a new original picture. If you couldn't guess already its a robot goat which I call Cruentus oryx. This picture is just of his head, I did draw a full body picture but I don't like how it looks so I am going to redo it but until then here is a pretty picture for you to enjoy.

Sadness = Art

Well I am still waiting for my new depression medicine to kick in. This week I have been more miserable than ever and it is getting harder to hide it. The one good thing about being sad is that my drawing skills have improved. So here is my newest drawing.

Now time for something other than Goats

Recently I have been having a little bit of a problem with my depression but hopefully that will be a thing of the past now that I am on some new medication. I guess I really can't complain because  depression + no sleep = Inspiration. Yes thanks to my depression and no sleep I was able to draw a picture of something other than Goat King. Every once in a while I get images stuck in my head that I can't stop thinking about it until I draw it.... it's very rare for this to happen. This is the result ...

It's also very rare for my drawings to have names but for some reason this one does. Like the picture the name just sort of came to me ... but I think I shall keep the name a secret unless someone asks me directly.

More Goat King

Yeah I have no clue why I am still doing this no one really reads my blog any more but here I am still doing it. I guess I do it because it gives me something to do. Any way for the two or three of you who read and/or accidentally click on my blog I have decided to torture you with more Goat king. I have started a Goat King comic and here are a few of the panels....yay.

Yeah he isn't looking too consistent but right now I am getting a little sick of drawing him. He is also looking more cute than I had originally intended I might have to start over but this is what I have so far.

Old and new!

Yeah so I have become homeless.... again and I am living at my grandma's house ....again. So in the little bit of spare time I get while taking care of my grandma who has a broken hip I have started drawing so yay. I know that the way I stated all of that it  might sound like I am being negative which I am not. Even though I have been through a lot in the last couple of months and I am in quite a bit of pain from having to lift my grandma up several times a day I have kept a very positive out look on the whole situation. Now that I have cleared that up I can continue with what I had originally wanted to say which is that while looking through my old drawings I decided to try and redo a few so here are my first two.

This is the original I did my Junior year of high school.

A tribute to an awesome friend!

In this post I figured I would talk about one of the greatest and most talented person I know... and also my best friend of thirteen years Joshua Lee Dutt. He has been such a great friend and influence that I figured I would tell everyone about his awesomeness. He currently has a photography studio called Joshography in Ft. Pierre but even before that he was a great drawer and to prove it here are some of his drawings from middle school when we were trying to make a comic book.

Unfortunately I only have these and a few other concept drawings I probably have more hidden in boxes but I think this is enough for now. I also have a drawing of Death from the Sandman series he did for me freshmen year of high school.

Well I know this has gone on a lot longer than it normally does but I thought I would finish this with a picture of Josh and I a long time ago.

Tragedy....

Yeah so things have gone from bad to worse... now not only do I not have a home but now my grandma has broken her hip while out of town to see her cancer doctor. Due to her absence I have been put in charge of the household aka 20 cats 1 dog and one crabby 80 year old man... its been horrible and I have been so stressed. There is at least one good thing about today and that is I get to sleep inside tonight. Even though I have been very busy I was able to at least start another picture of Johnny C. Its not the best since I drew it in my tent at one in the morning in my dark tent by lantern light and its not quite finished. So here it is....

Living with the Gnomes

Yeah... so sorry I haven't posted in awhile but I had to move due to a flood. I am currently living in a tent in my grandma's backyard with my gnomes. I have also pushed back all of my normal projects because I was doing a drawing for a contest which I didn't win so I am a bit more sad but I guess I will post my entries here so I don't feel like I did them for nothing. The thing was that you had to draw an animal hybrid of some sort whether it was two animals, an animal and a person, or an animal and an object so here are my two epic fail entries...

Yeah so I am a little upset I didn't win but at least I will be able to get back to what I want to do. I am still going to push off a few of my other projects for now so I can do some new and different things.

Newish old painting!

Well today I had to do some cleaning so I figured I would go through my old craft supplies. I found a lot of cool stuff including some temporary Pokemon tattoos which are now covering my arms. Another thing I found was an old unfinished painting I started a little over two years ago so after I finished going through the box of stuff I finished the painting. Its a little sloppy only because I worked on it in the dark but here it is.

Yeah so there is that. It will probably be awhile before I post again because I am being forced to clean.

Upcoming stuff!

Sorry I have not posted in awhile I have been busy moving back to Pierre. Now that I am back and settled I have begun drawing again.I have a few projects in the works like Accidental Emo which still needs some work and the other thing is Project G.N.O.M.E.

Here is the logo thingy I have worked on for hours. Enjoy it, because it was an extremely painful and painstaking process to get it to this point. I don't want to give out any of the details of either of these projects yet, but hopefully I can show you soon. The next post will be a contest of sorts between my artist friends ...if I can get more of them to participate. So far I only have two, but I am giving them until Wednesday to submit stuff.

Coloring!

Yeah so I decided to color goat king ...um he looks quite scary(er). Yeah it would also help if I had a tablet computer but I dont, so I had to use my stupid laptop mouse. So here it is for your enjoyment oh and please vote in the poll thingy at the right if you havent already.

Original stuff!

Sorry I haven't updated for awhile but I have been very busy.and also working on some original art. So far I have only done one picture because I wanted to see if people preferred that or my fan art. So here it is for your consideration...

New Discovery!

I have recently discovered that I draw better when I am happy or angry than I do when I am sad and here is the proof....

here is a picture of Gir and Zim from the episode "Rise of Zit boy" I drew this when I was in a very good mood.

Here is a picture of Johnny C. Obviously its not as good as most of my others because I drew it when I was sad.
